Winged dark figure with bright red eyes, Uruguay

Location: Artigas, Uruguay

Date: 2003 Time: night

In the region near route 30 at the Arroyo Juan Fernandez Bridge, about 13 young people, both male and female, decided to camp out. During the night some of them remained along at the campsite, these, Isabel, Marcia, and Sandra then witnessed the presence of a strange dark figure, about 2m in height, winged and with bright red eyes that approached the camping site and looked inside one of tents where another camper (Macarena) slept soundly. The strange entity then ran away at high speed jumping over a cliff where the arroyo was located. The witnesses did not hear a splash so they assumed the entity had taken flight.
