Webcam watcher spots Nessie?

A man in Ireland who regularly watches a webcam stationed at Loch Ness in the hopes of spotting the site's legendary 'monster' had his diligence pay off in a big way. Eoin O'Faodhagain was stunned when he tuned in to the video stream in late April and caught a glimpse of something truly strange emerging from the water. The fast-thinking O'Faodhagain grabbed his cell phone and filmed the scene which lasted for an amazing ten minutes.

In the admittedly ambiguous footage, a rather dark anomaly can be seen repeatedly surfacing from Loch Ness and then descending back under the water. "I couldn’t believe my eyes," he recalled to the UK newspaper The Mirror, "It was very unusual, it was certainly something big." Having seen prosaic objects appear on the webcam in the past, O'Faodhagain was certain that what he witnessed was out of the ordinary. "It was not a boat and not a log," he mused, "I would say it was Nessie."

Gary Campbell of the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register agreed with that assessment and accepted O'Faodhagain video as the second solid report of the creature for 2018. Having seen all manner of video purportedly featuring Nessie, the veteran monster hunter marveled at this particular piece of footage since it was far longer than the standard cell phone fare. "As far as Nessie footage goes this is a feature film," Campbell declared.

By George Noory / Coast to Coast AM Host

George Noory, host of the nationally syndicated program, Coast to Coast AM, says if he weren’t a national radio talk show host he’d be in politics. Heard by millions of listeners, Coast To Coast AM airs on approximately 564 stations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Guam.

While hosting The Nighthawk, a wildly successful, late-night program on KTRS in St. Louis, Noory was recruited by Premiere Radio Networks to guest host on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell.  He became the permanent host of the phenomenally successful over-night program on January 1, 2003, following Bell’s retirement.  Since then, Noory’s audience has continued to grow.

Noory captivates program listeners with his discussions of paranormal phenomena, time travel, alien abductions, conspiracies and all things curious and unexplained. He is driven, he has said, by the desire to solve the great mysteries of our time. From his first days as a radio broadcaster he says, “I’ve wanted to cover stories that the mainstream media never touch—the unusual, the paranormal and things like that. I learned that broadcast was the best business for exploring these issues, and I’ve been doing it for 33 years.”
