A bewildered witness in Los Angeles captured footage of an illuminated V-shaped UFO that eerily hovered in the night sky. The intriguing scene, shared with the National UFO Reporting Center, was filmed on August 30th. "While sitting on my balcony," the witness recalled, "I saw a light in the sky bigger than stars usually appear." Curious as to what the weird anomaly was, they zoomed in on the object with their cell phone and discovered that it was a V-shaped craft that sported a series of lights.

According to the witness, the puzzling UFO lingered in the air for around 30 minutes, only slightly moving, and then "it just flew off in the south direction until I couldn’t see it anymore." Setting aside the extraterrestrial hypothesis, some prosaic theories for what the object could have been are some kind of secret aircraft, a drone, or an ultralight plane.
