Date: end of April 2000 Time: morning

On this warm sunny day Dmitriy Ilyich Yeryemin a resident of a local village and involved in a previous encounter in Perm in 1991, decided to take a stroll to a secluded gully on the outskirts of the village. As he walked near a small brook, he suddenly saw two humanoid entities sitting on a stone boulder in front of him, they were facing each other. About 10 meters from the humanoids there was a craft on the ground, egg shaped if you looked at it from the side and supported on 4 landing legs or props, 2 props were in clear sight and appeared to be ribbed. On the object’s hull there was an open door, and a third alien entity was standing at the threshold. All three humanoids had dark colored skin tones. At this point Dmitriy remembered his previous encounter in the Perm region in which he also saw images of dark-skinned humanoids. Looking at the craft closer Dmitry realized that it was a “typical” disk-shaped craft about 8-9 meters in diameter and 3.5meters in height. Its color was silver with a dark band around its edge which covered rectangular shaped windows with rounded corners. The alien that stood at the doorway of the craft was dressed in a metallic tight-fitting suit with a smooth rigid collar tinted blue. There were no other details on the aliens’ suit only the shape of an elongated pocket on the trousers. The aliens’ bodies were in proportion to humans’, and their height a bit shorter than the witness---approximately 170cm. Strangely the other two aliens sitting on the boulders were dressed as ordinary humans, blue loose-fitting trousers and blue jackets without collars and high heeled boots. All three aliens were completely hairless, and bald without any signs of hair on their faces. Apparently, they had been waiting for the witness and looked quite benevolent and Dmitriy felt no fear.

At this same moment, an image of a door appeared in his head and a proposition: either you enter the object or go away. Again, remembering his previous experience Dmitriy decided to enter the object. He climbed the ladder which had 6 steps and it seemed to bend slightly under his weight. Once at the door of the saucer Dmitriy saw a matt wall in front of him and a narrow corridor on both sides of the craft. At the top of the wall there were stripes which emitted light. After two steps down and a step to the right Dmitry appeared in a small room with a control panel and 4 deep armchairs, placed before a rectangular screen with rows of buttons on a small table, possibly for any potential passengers, in front of the chairs there were windows, beginning at elbow level and ending at the ceiling. Two wide windows, more than 1.5meters in height and 2 narrow ones. The chairs were very smooth, but not metallic, dark brown in color with low elbow rests. When the pilots sat in the front two chairs, 2 devices emerged from the elbow rests, just under their hands, each one having four buttons like computer game joysticks. The room was convenient and pleasant to the eye. There was a rounded hall behind it which apparently housed the propulsion chamber. Dmitry’s guess was soon confirmed. They sat on the armchairs and the very next moment a conversation began. Not exactly a conversation since all the “talking” was done telepathically as images appearing in Dmitry’s head. Between themselves the aliens communicated in a strange unearthly language.

At first the conversation was about the technical abilities of Yeryemin. He was shown an apparent memory scan taken from his mind of him performing technical tasks like repairing television sets. The aliens then asked, “If we should show you something, will you be able to do it?” Dmitriy expressed interest on this proposition and in turn asked, “Why me exactly?” The answer was sort of vague alluding to the fact that it didn’t make a difference, but it was time for somebody to do it. He was also a practical man with technical knowledge and his abilities will be needed to work on the “engine” that will be shown to him, they added, “humans will need this very soon”. Dmitry then asked the aliens, “Was it you that I saw in the Perm?” They answered “Yes” and then asked him, “What do you think of the M-skaya zone?” (An anomalous zone near Molebka). Yeryemin explained that he was convinced that the area was real. Apparently, the aliens knew what he was going to say in advance since they were reading his thoughts, when he was hesitant of wandering in thoughts; the alien would tell him to “say it in words”. Before the aliens showed him the engine, they displayed to him images of their planet. The show was long and interesting. Apparently by doing this the aliens wanted to alleviate any apprehension or fear that their human “captive” had. Dmitry understood that the aliens also knew planet Earth very well including its problems. Apparently, their planet consists mostly of ocean, the dry land only covering 4-5th of the surface. The alien planet is considerably larger than the earth, so actually the area of dry land is not that small and is distributed in the form of numerous islands. Before they had had much more dry land but in pre-historical times there had occurred some sort of cataclysm occurred and almost all the dry land had been covered with water. Only a few of them survived, only those that had lived in high places or mountains and some of those who were on ships. Their new civilization is dozens of thousands of years old, but they don’t consider themselves a “super-civilization” and only refer to themselves as a highly developed community. They did not give the name of their planet nor its location in the Universe and the witness did not think to ask their population number. They compensate for the absence of dry land by building underwater cities of unusual construction. Their underwater cities are covered by huge domes, and they also have multi-level island cities floating on their oceans. The depth of their oceans is so that not all the oceans have been fully explored. They have protected the areas of dry land by building huge stone walls to guard them from terrific storms.

By composition, the atmosphere of the alien planet is similar to Earth’. Their sky is blue, and clouds cover the seas, they did not show him their sun. But the percentage of oxygen in their atmosphere is smaller than that on Earth. As a result, many of them used small box-like devices positioned close to their lips in order to breathe better. Dmitry was told that the aliens had learned how to control earthquakes by using vibrations that could move the epicenter of the quake to more secured locations, far from the dry land. Dmitry saw very few green plants or trees on the dry lands, however underwater they have a wide variety of sea plants and also of sea animals. The witness saw many images of women. They seemed very beautiful, with black color skin also and nicely built. The aliens told him that they bring up their children in families and that they feed themselves during the first half of the year with milk from their mothers. They added, “We consider that the children must have the affection of parents, even though we could if necessary “grow” children in incubatory conditions, but we don’t prefer that.” Their civilization not only explores the near space but also the far space. Aliens also showed him how they create a gravitational field around the ship, like a capsule. By this the craft is separated from the material world and then the craft can move anywhere it pleases at any speed. Their main form of propulsion was the gravitational engine.

“Why do you choose your crafts to be saucer like?” asked Yeryemin. Their answer was,

“Any device working on gravitation must be similar to the natural gravitational system”. “And the natural system---is the planetary system. That is why the planets have the form of flattened spheres”. The witness then asked if any Earth power or military had gravitational engines and working “flying saucers”. Their answer was that such work was in progress, but it was not finalized. At the end of the conversation Dmitry was asked to get up from the chair and then the aliens opened up a hatch behind the chair into which three men, if necessary, could easily fit. The witness saw part of the circle and a knob on it. He guessed that this was the coil winding. He wanted to see the engine’s structure in more detail, but the aliens quickly closed the hatch. ‘The rest you have to guess” they said. Apparently, Dmitry was able to work out in his mind how the engine operated and how every part of it was constructed. The aliens were apparently just testing his logical skills. The witness was entirely convinced of the benevolence of this group of aliens. They were apparently not afraid of human aggressiveness, or unpredictable human behavior, which at one point they experienced themselves during their evolution. Dmitry realized that the aliens did not have any designs on the Earth and were satisfied with their planet but also understood from the aliens that there was another alien civilization from Zeta Reticuli more commonly known as the “grays” which were much less humane towards earthlings. “We ask permission from humans when we conduct tests” but the grays conduct their experiments and tests with humans without permission. Using humans like laboratory rats. They also added that the grays are attempting to influence the genetic code of humanity.

The black skinned humanoids also showed Dmitry a huge construction that was hovering in mid-air. It was an egg-shaped multileveled structure with numerous decks, with a gravitational device on its center. This craft is not meant for long flights but is mostly a search and rescue device that humans might need “in the near future”. Dmitry then understood that planet Earth was threatened by a future cataclysm which will “come from inside the Earth”. The core of the Earth getting hotter and soon the glaciers will melt. Humans think that the “greenhouse effect” is caused by excessive carbon monoxide gas emissions as a result of human activity but in fact, the global warming is coming from inside the planet. The witness was told that humans may be able to save part of the collected knowledge, literature, inventions, and various informational databases. That work should be started in this matter already. Soon the aliens told Dmitry that their meeting was over. “Shall we meet again” asked Dmitry. “That would depend on if humans will be able to cope with this matter”. Dmitriy stood up and went down the ladder and there we are no common human emotions displayed by the aliens while saying goodbye. “Move far back from the ship, is dangerous if you stay close to it” the aliens told Dmitry. The aliens also rejected his request for a short trip onboard their spaceship. Later Dmitry also admitted that the aliens also showed him an ugly scene from his life, when he was drunk and arguing with his wife, this scene had also been apparently ‘scanned’ from Dmitry’s mind. Dmitry then moved to a distance of 30 meters from the ship. He looked at his watch and realized that 1.5hours had passed. The oval door on the alien craft closed, and he didn’t see any seems on the surface of the craft. An image then appeared in his mind which warned Dmitry to move back even further. He did, and he watched the ship sparks begin to run along the black underside of the craft which then joined into a single blue light. The craft then zoomed up, but not too high, then flew out of the gully, it was then enveloped in a yellow fog with a blue tint and then it vanished up in the sky in less than 2 seconds.
