Large black triangle UAP flying low over city. No sound and no lights.

I was standing on my rooftop stargazing, dark night tonight. When in my direct view coming from the northeast direction and then flying directly over me – I seen a very large triangle shape aircraft. It was flying completely dark, no lights at all completely dark. It was larger than an airplane, a definitive triangle shape, black metal in appearance and had what appeared to be several large circle shapes I could see on the bottom reflecting from the city lights. It made absolutely no noise, no humming or engine or propellor sound. It was flying much lower than a typical airplane would be, however high enough to clear the skyrises it flew over. Its speed I would guess would be similar to a plane slowing for descending speed. The speed stayed consistent as it flew over me, and continued over the city south west bound. I could not see any windows or cockpit, my view was mostly from the bottom. As soon as it was approximately 100 feet away I could no longer see it, it was so dark it camouflaged in the night sky.

Summary

While stargazing in the early morning a Canadian witness, identified as M, observed a large black triangle flying slowly and silently above her. M stated that she watched the craft for approximately 20 seconds as it "disappeared into the night."

Statements

On 5-24-2026 at 1:30pm Pacific Time, I interviewed M by telephone regarding her 5-11-2026 UFO sighting. M stated that she observed a large black triangle fly over her location at approximately 2:04am Pacific Time. M then stated that she was on a rooftop stargazing when she observed the craft. M stated that it was a clear night, "super-dark," and her view was unobstructed. M added that the craft was an equilateral triangle with no engines or lights of any kind.

M stated that she observed the "football field sized matte black triangle" fly over her location, and the direction it was flying was NE. M then stated that the craft was silent and "blacked out the stars" as it flew over her. M added that the craft was "totally flat" from both the front view and the rear view. M stated that with the help of the streetlights and partial city lights, the craft's underside was entirely visible and revealed 3 large black circles arranged in a triangle.

M stated that she was stunned by the size of the craft, and its ability to fly slowly and silently just above the skyrises that were no more than 300 feet tall. M added that the craft looked unlike the many conventional aircraft she has observed slowing down to land. M did state that when the craft was directly over her, she observed an array of mismatched black metal pieces that appeared to be welded together. M submitted 2 drawings of the craft for a better understanding of what she observed.

Conclusion

FlightRadar24 and Flight Aware showed nothing. M did tell me that she is familiar with commercial and private aircraft, military aircraft, and drones. M added that this craft was like nothing she has ever seen.

For reference, Vancouver International Airport is approximately 33 miles away. Royal Westminster Regiment base is 24 miles away.

I am classifying this as an anomalous sighting.
