Luleå, northen Sweden, March 1963.

Over a weekend, a married, elderly couple was out in their cabin in Luleå’s Baltic Sea archipelago. It was still cold and there was a lot of snow outside, as this was in northern Sweden. The couple decided to go skiing in the morning and set off. As the sea ice was still thick, it was great to travel on it.

When they had been skiing for a while, they saw a dome-shaped object further out on the ice that was shining from the daylight. They went closer and saw that it was standing on three legs on the ice. Suddenly, they saw a ladder unfold from the object and it was then followed by three small beings that climbed down it and headed out onto the ice.

When the humanoids saw the two skiing humans, they quickly ran back up the ladder again and into the object. The object slowly lifted off and folded up its landing legs, and then it silently flew upwards and out to sea until it disappeared from sight. The surprised elderly couple just stood there watching. The man and woman were both devout Christians and say they don't believe in flying saucers and green men at all. But what they saw that day, they have no answer for.
