The witness had gone on a fishing trip on the river, he had already finished and had reeled in the nets and was about to start his motorcycle to go home when he suddenly heard a voice in his head, it commanded, “Sit down!”

He turned and saw in the pre-dawn darkness a human figure. At first, he thought it was a police officer wanting to inspect his catch. But the same voice reassured him, telling him that he did not need to be afraid. After that, all his fear disappeared. He then saw a human-like figure, not ordinary in appearance, dressed in a gray tight-fitting suit, color remotely similar to the “screen of a television”. On his head he wore a sort of hat of the same color. He could not see its face since it was behind the surface of a glass-like visor. The stranger was thin built, and about 1.80m in height. The stranger asked the witness if he wanted to talk to him, the witness nodded and started a conversation, if it can be called a conversation in the usual sense of the word. The stranger answering his questions as if replaying footage film directly into the witness’ brain, and sometimes simply nodding his head in agreement. He knew what the witness was thinking, apparently, he could read the witness’ thoughts. He remembers asking the stranger why they did not come into open contact with people. The stranger replied that they had instructions forbidding them to interfere in our lives. They believe that humanity must develop in its own way. He then compared our civilization with that of “ant colony”. The witness realized that the stranger was referring that their civilization was as far away in its development from humanity as human civilization from ants. He added that their interest in humanity has to do with our “savagery”, the development of which they observe. The witness also learned that the alien’s life expectancy is about 700 years in human reckoning.

They wear on their head’s protection devices, which protect from outside impact and from anyone ‘reading their thoughts’. In general, for 20 minutes the witness received so much information in his head that even a book will not be able to cover everything. At the end of the conversation, the witness attempted to defend Earthlings, saying that humanity belonged in the Cosmos, but the alien said no, that humans are a backward species. Ironically, the alien said that humans will conquer space as we had conquered our oceans, using fragile rowing boats to travel from island to island. The alien also told the witness that the Earth is being visited by several civilizations, looking for trace elements in which they are going to need for a long time. Other representatives of extraterrestrial intelligence arrive on Earth mainly for refueling, mostly water. The alien also warned that attempting to “communicate with alien civilizations might place humans in a zoo not on a tour” (!). He also explained that the purpose of their visit was for collecting information and studying our solar system. The stranger then left, not before reminding the witness that no one would believe him, if he said that he had met a representative of an extraterrestrial civilization.
