Location: 60km from Santa Fe, Santa Fe Province, Argentina

A witness was traveling in his vehicle when the car engine suddenly ceased to function with no apparent reason. The headlights also shut off as well as his portable radio. The witness grabbed a flashlight to check under the hood, but the flashlight was not working either. He then saw a light approaching his location and at first, he thought it was another car, but the light was to large. At this point he ran and hid behind some nearby bushes and tried to see what the light was. As the light approached the witness noticed that the light was an object about 60-meters in diameter and 30 meters in height, and disc-shaped. Around the object he could see around 15 humanoid figures wearing one-piece yellow diver’s suits and helmets with antennas on each side.

He saw a long stair-like protrusion descend from the craft and saw the entities drag an apparent homeless person into the object (the person wore tore and ragged clothing, thus why the witness assumed it was somebody that was homeless). After this occurred all the rest of the figures entered the object which took off immediately at high speed, leaving behind a luminous trail. At this point his vehicle engine, headlights and portable radio began to function again. After the incident, the witness was submitted to a psychological examination and was found to be normal and stable.
