15 small humanoids outside craft, Doris Paulsson, Sweden 1949
Frösön, mid-west Sweden, Summer 1949.
Doris Paulsson was 18 years old when she was wandering around the forest on Frösön outside the city of Östersund one fine summer day, when an object landed on three legs in a clearing in front of her. It was a craft in the shape of a classic flying saucer and was 20 meters (65 feet) in diameter and 5 meters (16 feet) high. It had a transparent dome on the top that looked like plexiglass and on the bottom the craft was made of a grayish metal. The area between the top and the bottom was also made of a light silvery metal and a yellowish light streamed from oval windows.
After she had stood there and watched the flying saucer curiously for a few minutes, a hatch in the side opened and she could see small beings get out and walk down a ramp and then onto the ground. One by one they went out until there were fifteen of them outside the craft. The humanoids were only about 50 – 60 centimeters tall (1.7 feet) and they were dressed in silver-colored, shimmering suits. They all had large black eyes without visible pupils. They also all had light or blond hair on their heads, some had shorter hair and others longer and Doris thought it seemed as if some were male and some were female. They seemed very young and they were all beautiful beings.
After a while, all the little humanoids went up the ramp and inside again. Then the hatch closed and the craft lifted off and flew away quickly. Now Doris felt relieved again and went to examine the place where the saucer had been. Then she saw that the grass was charred and the earth had been turned inside out where the landing pads had been and there were also three large pits of 10 centimeters (4 inches) where the legs had sunk. When the report was made, Doris was 65 years old and she remembered the whole incident as if it were yesterday.
NOTES ON THIS CASE
