This is the sixth video in a 7-chakra series where I walk you through the seed sounds (simple sanskrit one-word mantras) for each chakra (along add a few movements to boost each chakra.

This short video opens your 3rd eye — the chakra above and between your eyebrows. This energy center is connected to your intuition and psychic abilities, as well as your imagination, visualization, dreams and wise, balanced perspective.

The seed sound here is Aum (pronounced Ommmmmm).

And the key movement here is to reach your arms wide and upward and then bring your hands together in anjali mudra (prayer position) and lightly press them against your 3rd eye.
