This is an inspiring interview with Yvonne Kason, M.D., a retired family physician and transpersonal psychotherapist. Her medical specialty was the research and counseling of patients who had diverse types of spiritually transformative experiences, or STEs, a term she coined. She is the founder and president of Spiritual Awakenings International, a global network dedicated to raising awareness about NDEs and other Spiritually Transformative Experiences. She has published five books, including her most recent one, Soul Lessons from the Light: How Spiritually Transformative Experiences Changed My Life.
