Lost technologies of Egypt and beyond presented by Brien Foerster
Utilizing his scientific background, as well as the knowledge of local and foreign geologists, engineers and oral tradition experts, Brien has been uncovering the mysteries that underlie the astonishing stone works throughout Peru, as well as those in Bolivia, Easter Island, Egypt, Lebanon, Mexico and many other places worldwide.
In his lecture at our April 2025 Metaphysical Egypt Conference, Brien spoke about migration of technologies through time and space and how the different cultures repurposed materials from earlier, often megalithic sites to build their own. There are layers upon layers of structures built throughout the ages on the same site, illustrating the significance of the place itself.
He speaks about how the very ancient techniques and tools were often far more advanced and resonant with their environment than what has been found on top of them. Feature, function, benefit and styles for their structures all changed and devolved making it easier to attribute each culture to their specific time periods. Brien shows us examples from many different sites that illustrate these patterns of excellence and decline.
